Humor has
immeasurable benefits for the soul. It brings joy and happiness to
our lives and it sharpens our minds.
Actually, laughter can
bring healing effects to the body as well.
Unfortunately, we
spend so much time in turmoil and stress in our lives that we have
little time for humor.
Oh I know, we have
humorous entertainment all around us, but yet we seem to quickly
move past the humorous moment and return rather quickly to our
frustrations and troubles.
How do we find relief
of these persistent matters that seem to demand so much of our
lives? Among
the answers is humor... one of many necessary steps we must take to
improve ourselves, rise above our troubles, and grasp hold, not just
